May 01, 2025During my visit to the US, I reached out to Watchstox to inquire about purchasing a Tank Americaine that they had listed on their website. Their sales representative, Hector Paiz, coordinated the transaction with me via email, and was incredibly helpful and competent to work with. They were kind enough to accept my best price offer on the watch, and even assisted me with wiring payment for the watch from abroad, and sent the watch to a FEDEX center nearby my hotel in the city/state that I was visiting (which was not where their store was located). Their customer service and reliable communication was spectacular, and their ability to accommodate/coordinate my purchase remotely, prior to my arrival in the US made this purchase both possible and hassle free. Would 100% recommend Watchstox to anyone looking to purchase a watch, and I can vouch for the stores integrity, as well as the quality of their products and services. Big thanks to them!

He even offered to provide additional vides or photos on request... After all of my questions and all his time spent, I decided not to make the purchase. What does Alec do rather than brushing me off? He "makes a few calls" trying to find the watch for me and then provides a personal contact of someone else who may be able to find exactly what I'm looking for! I've made contact with MANY dealers over the past 6 months, and this was a first for sure! There was no pressure, just a good person trying to help his customer out. Thank you Alec!

Oct 14, 2024I ended up buying my watch from Watchstox, so ultimately I enjoyed the experience. The communication was prompt and professional, the watch came as described, it was well packaged, and it came promptly. A couple of things that I think they could do better: (1) they seemed to stumble over a couple of my questions about date of origin and caseback (but ultimately got it right); and (2) some of the follow-up pictures I asked for were not always great quality. The resolution and clarity was lower than expected and when I'd blow up the picture it got grainy and didn't help much. But ultimately I got enough information for me to proceed with the purchase and it ended up looking even better in person than in photos. I would buy from them again.

Jun 20, 2024Seller's communication, shipping and packaging was excellent. The Seller did (at least twice) offer to return the watch and refund the transaction. Seller paid for me to ship it to him for him to inspect it and suggested he would have replaced the crystal but it was apparently no longer available from Longines and did not recommend using a non-Longines crystal. However, the watch was not as described as it had significant use, dents/nicks on the case and the crystal that did not appear in the pictures and there was also damage to the dial that was not in the pictures (I was able to capture the damage in pictures and send such pictures to the Seller). Understanding that pictures cannot pick up everything, Chrono24 has a descriptive scale for a seller to rate the condition of the watch. Here, Seller rated the watch as "Very Good;" the watch was "Good" at best and possibly even "Fair." I would recommend the Seller only because he did offer to refund and return right away without any hesitation. Also communication was great, for the most part. If I were to consider another watch from this Seller, I would assume any written description was better than the watch appears and the pictures may not tell the whole story and make an offer accordingly.
