Their sales representative, Hector Paiz, coordinated the transaction with me via email, and was incredibly helpful and competent to work with. They were kind enough to accept my best price offer on the watch, and even assisted me with wiring payment for the watch from abroad, and sent the watch to a FEDEX center nearby my hotel in the city/state that I was visiting (which was not where their store was located). Their customer service and reliable communication was spectacular, and their ability to accommodate/coordinate my purchase remotely, prior to my arrival in the US made this purchase both possible and hassle free. Would 100% recommend Watchstox to anyone looking to purchase a watch, and I can vouch for the stores integrity, as well as the quality of their products and services. Big thanks to them!

He even offered to provide additional vides or photos on request... After all of my questions and all his time spent, I decided not to make the purchase. What does Alec do rather than brushing me off? He "makes a few calls" trying to find the watch for me and then provides a personal contact of someone else who may be able to find exactly what I'm looking for! I've made contact with MANY dealers over the past 6 months, and this was a first for sure! There was no pressure, just a good person trying to help his customer out. Thank you Alec!

Overall, could use better packaging; layer of thin bubble wrap and paper packaging allowed lots of movement within cardboard shipping box. Would purchase from them again.
