RETURNS

The Return Process

We offer a 14-day return policy. We are committed to long-term thinking and building relationships, if you decide to return your watch, please contact us so we can begin the process. We ask that you:

USA Domestic Returns

1. Please ensure that the watch has been unused. All stickers, tags, and accessories remain with the watch and the condition is the same. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged. We may charge a 10% restocking fee or reject the return.
2. Once the condition is confirmed, please update us via eBay message for the request and open a "Return" on the eBay page.
3. Once the return is created, a label will be provided to ship the watch back, please put it safely in a box with extra padding and include anything that originally came with it.
4. Once the watch is returned to us, our watchmakers and purchasing team will review it under cameras and microscope to confirm the condition remained the same, if all is confirmed, we will process your return payment immediately!

International Returns

1. The process is similar to the above, unfortunately, since customs fees, taxes, and shipping costs cannot be returned easily, they will be the buyer's responsibility. Please let us know any questions you may have prior to purchasing, if you'd like more pictures, videos, or even a Zoom / Google Meet to view the timepiece over the internet, we can arrange that. We both succeed only when you are happy with your purchase.
